Publisher Uploads
What is it used for (purpose)?
- Publisher Uploads is where publisher users can upload leads for their active campaigns. This is a dedicated UI for data upload but the card will only be accessible if the logged in user is linked to an active campaign.
- Media Buyer and Publisher users have access to the tile
What is on this page?
- Publisher Uploads home page contains cards for active campaigns the logged in user is linked to
- Each card identifies the Campaign Name OR Sub Campaign name & Client
Navigation (How do I get to Publisher Uploads?)
There are two ways to navigate to this page:
In the Home page of the Digital Marketing application
- Click ‘Digital Marketing’ on the Frequently Used Apps or Available Apps
- By default, you will be taken to the Home Page. The Publisher Uploads tile is visible. If accessible / enabled and clicked, you are taken a page with cards for active campaigns you are linked to
Using the Navigation bar.
- Click ‘Apps’ button on the top right corner of the Navigation bar, and see all available apps
- Click on the ‘Digital Marketing’ App
- By default, you will be taken to the Home Page. The Publisher Uploads tile is visible. If clicked, you are taken a page with cards for active campaigns the logged in user is linked to
Purpose
Publishers submit leads for multiple campaigns throughout the life cycle of every campaign. A dedicated UI exists where a publisher can access active campaigns they're linked to and select the template they want to use to upload data for a campaign.
Publisher users see only active campaigns they are associated with via their publisher company, while media buyer users see aggregated active campaigns across all publishers they manage.
Access is permission based.
How to use / Interpret
Publisher Uploads tile is accessible to Publisher users & Media buyer users if campaigns they're linked to are active.
- Click on the tile
- A card exists for each active campaign (the card will include the campaign Name & Client)
If Publisher Uploads tile is not accessible the user is not linked to any live campaigns. If you hover over the card, you can read this message: No active campaigns available to upload into
